Computer and Internet Use Guidelines
Users of TRU library computers abide by the TRU Computer Usage Agreement. Library computers and computer resources are available to all Library users, including community members. However, in times of high demand, community users may be subject to computer time limits, to ensure access for TRU students.
The use of library PC workstations, databases and Internet resources is subject to TRU policies with respect to copyright, privacy, and harassment, as well as by applicable Canadian federal, provincial and local laws and statutes including the Criminal Code of Canada, the B.C. Human Rights Act, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and the B.C. Civil Rights Protection Act.
