Coyote Den

Coyote Den, Sk̓elepéllcw in Secwepemctsín, is TRU’s newest student residence, opened in November 2023.

Each unit in this latest development comes complete with its own private entrance and private washroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Suites are furnished with a bed, desk, study chair, closet and dresser, and include a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, apartment-sized fridge, sink and microwave. Each unit also has individually controlled heating and air conditioning.

The building features outstanding views of the North Thompson River and mountain vistas. A 40-unit secure bike storage will also be part of the new development, as well as paid onsite parking and two EV charging stations. Each floor features a common space, including a common kitchen, TV room, laundry room and a study zone.
