GoByBike Week keeps rolling at TRU!
June 3 to 7, 2024 – With lots of prizes, a Celebration Station, free bike repair tune-ups (and free outdoor French Breakfast June 18!)
GoByBike Week 2024 is almost here! This long-standing BC event embraces cycling as way of promoting health, wellness and sustainability. It’s a great way to get healthy, show your support for active and alternative transportation, meet new people all while having fun and entering to win some epic prizes!
All TRU students, staff, and faculty are eligible to take part by joining the TRU team “Folks On Spokes” for a chance at winning some great prizes - including a cycling trip for two to Italy! and gaining free access to some great perks.
To join the team, follow this link and click the red box “Join Team” and then search for ”TRU Folks on Spokes”. For a chance at winning prizes, you NEED to have an account and record at least one day of commuting kms. If you already have an account, just log in to start recording your daily commute kms. The more days you record your kms, the better your chances of winning! (The whole event runs June 3 to 9 but TRU focuses on Monday to Friday. If you work weekends, you can log your work commuting kms).
