Safety and Security Cameras
Safety and security cameras on the Kamloops and Williams Lake campuses cover public areas considered to be higher risk of property theft and personal security issues or where there are other criminal or anti-social behaviour concerns.
When successfully deployed, camera systems enhance overall campus safety and security, deter crime, and otherwise support the protection of people and property.
All permanent camera installations are marked with signage in line with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
