Meeting Schedule

Meetings of the Qelmucw Affairs Planning Committee are held on the third Tuesday of the month for two hours; however, occasionally meetings fall outside of this schedule and are noted below. Meetings are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. via Microsoft Teams until further notice to align with COVID-19 safety recommendations.

All agenda items must be submitted no later than nine business days prior to the scheduled meeting. Late submissions will be included on the following month's agenda. Qelmucw agenda packages will be sent out seven days prior to the scheduled meeting.
