Morgan Elander Sessional Faculty

Morgan Elander is a lawyer and partner with Kamloops’ firm Cates Ford Soll & Epp LLP. Originally from Edmonton, Morgan attended the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2013. He then moved to Kamloops to article with the predecessor firm to his current firm. His multi-faceted solicitor’s practice spans the areas of wills and estates, real estate, corporate and commercial law.

Morgan is teaching wills and estates together with his associate (and former articling student) Joe Torchia. Outside of his practice, Morgan is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Kamloops Daybreak and the Kamloops Japanese Canadian Association. When not in the office or volunteering, he enjoys hiking, camping, travelling, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
