Co-operative Education
Thompson Rivers University encourages many students, particularly Computing Science students to apply for the co-operative education program. This program provides an opportunity for students to put what they learned into practice in the real-world environment. Through the program, students can have valuable industry experiences and establish networking with future employers. Our Computing Science students have been hired by many big companies for their Co-operative education including SAP, IBM, BlackBerry Limited (formerly known as Research In Motion Limited), Telus, HSBC, Highland Valley Copper, and Visual Statement, just name a few.
