Eric Ito

Eric Ito is a labour and employment lawyer and partner at Cooperwilliams Truman & Ito LLP. He represents and advises employers in federally and provincially regulated industries in a wide range of labour matters, including certifications, unfair labour practices, labour and civil injunctions, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, strikes and lockouts, and decertification. He regularly appears at the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal, as well as administrative boards including the BC Labour Relations Board, Human Rights Tribunal, and Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal.

Eric holds a law degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia, and a Certificate in Transnational Legal Studies from Georgetown University.
